We have now added a private hot tub for this rental. There’s another hot tub on the property that can be used by hotel guests & also renters of this house if desired.
Grill cleaning is the responsibility of the renters
This house is located on a main road.
We do not offer refunds due to area power outages. We have backup generators to get heat going if power is out for a long period of time
