Good to know
On the first floor you’ll find a very spacious living room with seating for 9 on the couches and some comfy extra seating alongside the couches for additional people. The living room has a 60 inch flat screen smart TV. There’s also a bonus room attached to the living room with some seats, a fireplace and an air hockey table. The kitchen, dining room, one bathroom and one bedroom are also all on the first floor.
On the second floor you’ll find 4 large bedrooms along with an additional full bathroom.
All 5 bedrooms have blackout blinds to prevent the sun from disrupting your sleep!!
The two car garage can be used to keep your vehicles free of any snow.
Other Details to Note
The cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning. If you make a mess please clean it up to prevent extra cleaning charges.
We have a portable backup generator along with water to flush the toilets & candles incase of a power outage. We do not offer refunds due to the area losing power.

Josh was easy to communicate with and gave us detailed instructions about how to get into the house. I was very appreciative that he provided towels for both the inside shower and the outside hot tub. Kitchen had all of the amenities needed to cook and was very clean. The location was an easy 15 minute drive to the mountain. Overall, I was very happy with my stay here and would gladly recommend the property to others.
